NOW OPEN! Now Offering...Zumba, Cardio Kick Boxing, Core and Nutrition Classes now available at our Facility! Yoga will start as well at the end of the Summer. We also have some incredible Summer Programs that are about to begin. Make sure to stop in at our Smyrna Facility and ask one of our Incredible Staff about all we have to offer. No question is ever a bad question. We want everyone comfortable.

We want to again thank everyone that have joined our Smyrna Anytime Facility thus far. The buzz is out about our Facility as the place to be. We have had individuals sign up from as far as Dover and Middletown. The positive word is spreading fast. FYI - Be on the lookout for Camden and Middletown, Delaware as well. We will be sure to let you know when we will be Opening.
For those that have not yet visited our Smyrna, Delaware website before, I would like to Welcome You. In addition, allow me to give you some background about myself and my vision... Having been raised in Smyrna and because fitness has always been a part of my life, I knew our hometown would be the perfect location for a state of the art work out facility with a warm and inviting atmosphere where your safety, comfort, and customer service always comes first. I wanted to bring a 24/7 Gym to Smyrna, where any women or man would feel completely comfortable, whether you have experience or not in working out. You have waited long enough, the time is now with our opening in December.
I take great pride in my Smyrna hometown. Whether teaching and coaching at Smyrna High School, or having volunteered and coached P.A.L. Basketball and Little League, I have always stayed involved with Smyrna. Anyone who knows me will tell you how proud I am of Smyrna, I love this town.
Our over 5,600 square foot 24/7 Anytime Fitness Gym will offer an incredibly safe, friendly, convenient, and clean atmosphere that includes a Multi-Purpose Room and a wide range of cutting edge Fitness Equipment with everything from cardiovascular, free weights, strength machines, stretching, tanning, shower rooms, etc.
