Bridal Boot Camp Headquarters

Our next session starts Monday, August 2nd. Choose from 6 a.m. or 7 a.m. class
What is Bridal Boot Camp? Bridal Boot Camp is 24 sessions, three days a week taught by our certified personal trainer Sergeant Michael Cable. Using interval and cross-training techniques this camp will engage your entire body and get you the results in an efficient way. You will improve your strength, tone your body, and improve you cardio endurance. And . . . best of all you will ENJOY YOUR WORKOUT! We use a mixture of kickboxing, core training, and cardio training techniques! You will be booty-liscious in time for your big day. All fitness levels are welcome!
