5 Training Hours/Wk - Progressive. Intensive. TRX, Kettlebell, Barbell, Dumbbell, Bodyweight, Plyometrics. RENEWS MONTHLY. $300 NON-MEMBER/$250 MEMBER
WEEKEND WARRIOR
2.5 Hours on Saturdays. Walk/Run + Urban Warrior content. Great for Cross-Training. RENEWS MONTHLY. $80 PER MONTH
WARRIOR 2 (Guided Small Group)
Self Starters, Guys, Athletes, Individualized programming for specific goals/needs. Learn program design, form & workout planning. RENEWS MONTHLY. $200 NON-MEMBER/$150 MEMBER
WARRIOR 3 (Guided Small Group)
Less Boot and more individual programming for specific goals/needs. Meets 3x/wk to help keep you on track and accountable. RENEWS MONTHLY. $250 NON-MEMBER/$200 MEMBER
TRX & KETTLEBELL BOOT
Bodyweight suspension training & kettlebells. Intense. All levels. RENEWS MONTHLY. $150 NON-MEMBER/$100 MEMBER
